Alessandro Marco Patti

After graduating from Università degli Studi Roma Tre, he received an LLM from New York University in 2017 and a PhD from the University of Trieste in 2018.

He worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions departments of Chiomenti (2017-2020) and Latham & Watkins LLP (2020-2021), in the Milan offices, as well as in the London office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP (2021-2023), where he gained significant experience in corporate transactions, assisting very high-profile clients in the financial and real estate fields. In recent years he has specialized in fundraising transactions for start-ups in the new technology sector.

He is a licensed attorney in Italy and in the United States at the New York Bar. He has been with the firm since 2023.
