Salvatore Patti
He is an Emeritus professor for Private Law at the University “Sapienza” in Rome. He has practiced as a lawyer since 1974 and since 1987 has been authorized to practice at the Italian High Court, the Corte di Cassazione. He is a member of the Munich Bar. He is an expert on the major fields of civil and commercial law.

Valerie Moro
She has been admitted as an attorney at law in Munich since 2002 and in Rome since 2006. Prior to working with PATTI, she practiced in a business law firm in Munich. She studied law at the Universities of Regensburg and Rome “Sapienza” as well as at the New York Law School. She earned a doctorate for a thesis in the area of comparative law from the University of Regensburg in 2006.

Francesco Paolo Patti
He is professor of private law at Bocconi University in Milan. He obtained his license to practice law in 2013, is a member of the Rome Bar Association and since 2019 on the special register of the Court of Cassation. He is the author of more than one hundred publications in the field of contract law, inheritance law and new technologies.

Alessandro Marco Patti
He is a licensed attorney in Italy and in the United States at the New York Bar. He has been with the firm since 2023. During his career, he gained significant experience in corporate transactions, assisting very high-profile clients in the financial and real estate fields.

Britta Landahl
Britta Landahl studied law at the Universities of Würzburg (Germany) and Salamanca (Spain). She has been admitted as an attorney at law in Düsseldorf since 2008 and is registered at the Bar Association in Rome. Prior to working with PATTI, she practiced in a business law firm in Düsseldorf.
She cooperates with the firm since 2010. She is specialized in international arbitration and contract arbitration.

Maria Pagliara
Maria Pagliara graduated in Law at the University Suor Orsola Benincasa (Naples) with a thesis in civil law “Family law and the advent of ADR techniques.”. In 2018, she participated at a Summer Law Program about “Advanced Concept in Corporate & Business Law”, “U.S. Legal System”, “Anti-Corruption Law” and “International Money Laundering” at the Widener University Delaware Law School. She obtained a Master’s Degree in Family, Juvenile and Succession Law at the University Suor Orsola Benincasa (Naples) with the highest grade.
Maria Pagliara is specialized in Anti-Money Laundering and Cryptocurrency as per CAMS and CCAS certificate obtained from ACAMS (The Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists).
She is a member of the editorial staff of the legal journal “Familia. Il diritto della famiglia e delle successioni in Europa” directed by Prof. Avv. Salvatore Patti. Besides, she also collaborates with the “European Association for Family and Succession Law” directed by Prof. Avv. Salvatore Patti.
She obtained the qualification to practice law in 2019 and she is a member of the Rome Bar Association. She has been collaborating with the law firm since 2015.

Rita La Manna
Rita La Manna graduated with honours from the University Federico II of Naples with a thesis in comparative private law, supervised by Prof. Antonino Procida Mirabelli di Lauro and Prof. Peter Kindler.
In 2022, she received an Erasmus+ scholarship at the University of Cologne and in 2023 conducted research at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich for her thesis.
In 2024, she attended the Munich University Summer Training in German and European Law (MISU) and won the PhD competition in Law, Market, and Person at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. She collaborates with the journal "Familia" and the European Association for Family and Succession Law, publishing her first scientific contribution on surrogacy.
Since 2023, she has also collaborated with the law firm.

Pia De Negri
In 2021, Pia graduated with honours in Law from the University of Pisa, with a thesis in Economic Analysis of Law titled ‘A Lex Sumptuaria for the Modern Age? Positional Assets and Trademark Law’, under the supervision of Prof. Nicola Giocoli of the University of Pisa and Prof. Massimiliano Vatiero of the University of Trento.
While attending University, Pia carried out a multidisciplinary internship at an international law firm in Milan. Before graduating, and for a short period after graduation, she worked in a leading boutique law firm in Palermo, dealing with civil law. She then joined the commercial law department of an international law firm in Milan, where she developed her expertise in general corporate assistance and M&A transactions.
In 2022, at the same firm, Pia began advising leading multinational companies on international trade sanctions matters, developing specific expertise in this area. In 2023, she gave a lecture on EU trade sanctions as part of a thematic lecture series of the European Union Law course at the University of Milan Statale.
Pia qualified as a lawyer in 2023. She joined the firm in 2024.

Noucha Nouriani
She concluded her University studies at the Law faculty of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.
In 1997 she obtained the qualification for practicing Law in Germany and is registered at the Association of Lawyers of Munich. She cooperates with the firm since 2015 and is specialized in criminal law.

Reinhard Riedl
Reinhard Riedl has studied at the Law Faculty of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and has 30 years of professional experience in the development of real estate projects and in Real Estate Law. He is expert in real estate evaluation (EIPOS/TU Dresden).
From 1999 to 2020 he had a leading role in the DIBAG Industriebau AG (Doblinger Group) in Munich and he has been member of the board for 12 of these years.
From 2021 he works with the law firm with a focus on Real Estate
