Francesco Paolo Patti

He is  professor of private law at Bocconi University in Milan.

After graduating in Law, cum laude, from the University of “Roma Tre” in 2010, he received an LL.M. from the Münster University(Germany) in 2011 and a Ph.D. in Economic and Business Law from the "Sapienza" University of Rome in 2014. He has held teaching positions at the Department of Law of the University "Roma Tre"; he is the author of more than one hundred publications in the field of contract law, inheritance law and new technologies; he has been a fellow of the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD) and the Max Planck Gesellschaft. Since 2018, he has been an Associate Professor at Bocconi University in Milan and has been directing the Master in "Law of Internet Technology" at the same university since a.y. 2023-2024.

He obtained his license to practice law in 2013, is a member of the Rome Bar Association and since 2019 on the special register of the Court of Cassation. He has been cooperating with the firm since 2010.
